This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from www.bykika.com.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, holidays, supplier processing times, fraud review, or fulfillment partner delays.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. Shipping Time

10 to 20 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local postal services, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
By placing an order, you understand and accept that international shipping times may vary.
3. Shipping Cost
We currently offer Free Standard International Shipping on eligible orders.
Shipping costs, when applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. International Shipping
ByKika ships internationally to many countries.
However, shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, product type, carrier restrictions, customs rules, and fulfillment partner availability.
If we are unable to ship your order to your destination, we will contact you and may offer an alternative solution, replacement, store credit, or refund.
5. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, local fees, brokerage fees, or additional charges required by their country.
ByKika does not control these charges and cannot predict the amount.
If a package is delayed, held, rejected, or returned due to customs, import regulations, unpaid duties, or local restrictions, ByKika is not responsible for those charges or delays.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after the order has shipped.
In some cases, tracking updates may be limited depending on the destination country or local carrier.
7. Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
You may receive more than one tracking number and packages may arrive on different dates.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
ByKika is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misspelled address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned, lost, delayed, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
Shipping carriers and local postal services are responsible for final delivery.
If tracking shows that an order was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order will be considered delivered and fulfilled.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails because the customer was unavailable, refused the package, failed to pay customs fees, or did not collect the package from the carrier, ByKika is not responsible for any loss, delay, return, or additional cost.
11. Order Changes
Shipping addresses can only be changed before an order has been processed or submitted for fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes or cancellations can be made.
